Description

Silk velvet, one of the most luxurious fabrics in textile history.
This silk and viscose blend velvet combines the natural sheen and softness of silk with the beautiful drape and durability of viscose, resulting in a fabric that feels lush, smooth, and cool to the touch. This fabric dyes very intensely, you can see it soak up the color while dyeing. Price per meter.

Perfect for:

  • Flowing dresses, evening wear, and wedding gowns

  • Historical costumes and theatrical attire

  • Upholstery, cushions, and decorative projects

Each meter weighs approximately 180–200 g, with a width of 140 cm, offering excellent coverage for large garments or panels.
The surface glows with a gentle sheen that catches light beautifully, adding depth and richness to every design.

Washing & Care Instructions

  • Dry clean only to preserve the luxurious sheen and drape.

  • Avoid wringing, twisting, or direct heat.

  • If spot cleaning is necessary, use cold water and a mild silk-safe detergent — dab gently, do not rub.

  • Steam from the reverse side to remove wrinkles, or use a low-heat iron with a pressing cloth.

  • Store rolled or hung to prevent crease marks and protect from prolonged sunlight exposure.
