Returns & Refunds

We hope you love your products just as much as we do, but you can return an item if you are not happy with it.

Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Customers are responsible for return shipping to The Natural Dye Store.

Goods must be in original condition with all tags and labels attached, unwashed and unworn - in pristine condition ready for resale.
Goods must have no trace of perfume, makeup, deodorant etc.

Personalized items and specially made orders cannot be returned.

Return of Defective Goods
The Natural Dye Store will substitute or replace defective goods.
