International Shipping

We ship worldwide using Registered Air Mail. Pricing is calculated according to weight and destination, and shipping costs are shown in your cart before checkout.

Good news! For our customers in the USA and the EU:

• USA orders → Tariffs and import fees are included in your order, so no surprise charges on delivery.
• EU orders up to €150 (including shipping) have VAT prepaid under the IOSS system, ensuring faster delivery and no unexpected customs bills.

Packaging

Your order is packed with care using eco-friendly, recyclable materials whenever possible. A small amount of protective plastic is sometimes necessary for safe transit. Our aim is always to reduce packaging while keeping your items secure.

Import Taxes & Duties

Import rules vary by country. Customers outside the USA, and EU orders over 150 euros, remain responsible for any taxes or duties charged upon arrival. Parcels returned to us for unpaid import taxes will be refunded minus shipping and a 10% handling fee.

Delivery

Orders are usually packed and shipped within 1–3 business days. Once dispatched, delivery times are controlled by the postal service. You'll receive a tracking link by email, please check it regularly.

Returns & Exchanges

You may request a return of an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact info@naturaldyestore.com.

Items must be returned in their original condition — unworn, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached, and free from perfume, deodorant, makeup, or other signs of use.

EU right of withdrawal
For a valid withdrawal by an EU consumer, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method we offered. Any additional cost paid for express, premium, or other non-standard delivery is not refundable.

The customer pays return postage unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before returning it so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the reasonable return cost.

Exceptions
Personalized and specially made items cannot be returned, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
