Returns & Refunds
You may request a return of an eligible item within 14 days of delivery. To start a return, contact us at info@naturaldyestore.com.
Returned goods must be in their original condition, with all tags and labels attached, unwashed, unworn, and free from perfume, makeup, deodorant, or other signs of use.
EU right of withdrawal
Withdraw from contract online
Sign in using the email address connected to your order, select the relevant order, and request cancellation for unfulfilled items or a return for delivered eligible items. You will receive an automatic email confirming your request.
For a valid withdrawal by an EU consumer, we will refund the product price and the cost of the least expensive standard outbound delivery method we offered. Any additional cost paid for express, premium, or other non-standard delivery is not refundable.
The customer pays return postage unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect. If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us before returning it so that we can arrange an appropriate remedy and cover the reasonable return cost.
Exceptions
Personalized and specially made items cannot be returned, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
